Do I need a Microsoft 365 subscription to use WPI Components?

Yes. WPI Components connects to your existing Microsoft 365 tenant. You need an active M365 Business or Enterprise plan that includes the service you want to embed (Bookings, Calendar, SharePoint, or Stream).

Which website platforms are supported?

WPI Components works on any platform that lets you add a custom script tag β€” including WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, and plain HTML sites.

Is my Microsoft data secure?

Your data never leaves your Microsoft tenant. WPI Components uses delegated OAuth 2.0 permissions and reads data on behalf of your admin account only. We never store your M365 content on our servers.

How do I cancel or change my plan?

You can manage your subscription at any time from the billing settings page in your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

How long does it take to get a support response?

We respond to all support tickets within 1 business day. Pro plan subscribers receive priority support with faster response times. For urgent issues, include β€œURGENT” in your ticket subject.
